An Original and exclusive activity created by HELE for the deep work of the BEING.
It is a Movement that promotes a paradigm shift and introspection to remind us of who we really are.
Highly enriching sessions that are essentially nourished by Music and free dance. From the compilation and research about the relationship between movement, emotions and the mind that comes from psychological, experimental and scientific currents.
Supporting ourselves and applying the sum of an appropriate mixture of techniques and tools descended from Thai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, Mindfullnes, Bioenergetics, Coaching, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, the Theory of the Unconscious, which produce a neuroplasticity blunt cerebral.
A deep encounter with one's own essence and an opportunity for evolution.
We carry out specific exercises created and oriented to the development of the five fundamental potentials of the human being: vital potential, creative potential, affective potential, feminine-masculine potential and transcendence potential , seeking to expand the state of consciousness and interaction with the world.
